Was this actually updated, or is itch just telling me it did and it actually didn't?

Towards the end the queen says that the magic they use to create new life stops periods and allows them to live longer, and Nami is the only one who still gets periods. So it could be implied that they can't get pregnant, except for Nami, by the MC because their reproductive system isn't going through the normal cycles.

There isn't, and it's explained why as well.
